former Partner with Pacesetter Capital, Mr. De Jesús
has
16 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity,
international finance, credit analysis, industry specialized
lending and investing, mergers and acquisitions, institutional
fund raising, joint ventures, corporate strategic planning,
and corporate restructuring. Mr. De Jesús is responsible
for originating, structuring, executing and monitoring
of the Firm’s investments. Mr. De Jesús was
a Founding Member of Fleet Development Ventures LLC, a $100M private equity fund
that focused on emerging and established companies seeking
growth and expansion capital. Mr. De Jesús spent
several years in Bank of Boston’s Latin America Trade
Banking Group, specializing in the Financial Institutions
and Media & Telecommunications industries and managing
over $100 million in country exposure to Mexico, Argentina, Peru and Brazil. Mr. De Jesús is a Director and
the Treasurer of the National Association of Investment
Companies. He is the past Vice-Chairman of the Hispanic
American Chamber of Commerce in Boston. Mr. De Jesús
is also a founding member of the Independent Spanish Broadcasters
Association, and a member of the New
America Alliance.
Mr. De Jesús currently serves on the board of directors
of Conley Lott Nichols. Mr. De Jesús holds a BS and
a Master of Science in Finance from Suffolk University.
