As Chairman and co-founder of HM Capital in 1989, Mr. Muse has been involved in HM Capital's investment activities in the food and beverage, energy and media sectors since inception. In 1998, he moved to London to extend HM Capital's investment activities into Europe.

Mr. Muse serves on the board of directors of a number of portfolio companies in both the United States and Europe. He also serves as a director of Dean Foods as well as the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.

Mr. Muse is a 1973 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and received his MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA in 1974.
